De’Aaron Fox height-American basketball player, De’Aaron Martez Fox was born on December 20th, 1997 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Fox studied at Katy, Texas’ Cypress Lakes High School. He had a 23.8 point, 6.1 rebound, and 3.5 assist per game average as a junior.

Fox competed with Houston Hoops in the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League Circuit (EYBL) throughout the summer, when he was named to the league’s first team.

Fox defeated MacArthur 68-53 on November 29 thanks to 31 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 assists. Fox scored 31 points and dished out 6 assists on December 28 as his team defeated Jay M. Robinson High School 91-81.

Fox had a 32.1 point, 7.6 rebound, and 4.1 assist per game average as a senior. Fox participated in the 2016 McDonald’s All-American Game on March 30 after being chosen a McDonald’s All-American in January 2016.

Fox participated in the 2016 Jordan Brand Classic in April and helped the East squad win 131–117. He was named Co-MVP alongside Kentucky teammate Malik Monk.

Later, Fox took part in the Nike Hoop Summit Games. He was added to the USA Men’s Basketball Men’s Junior Team for the 2015–16 season in September.

Additionally, the NBPA Top 100 camp was open to him. Fox led Cypress Lakes to three state tournament appearances throughout his high school career, including a regional final his senior year. Twice, he also scored 50 points in a single game.

The Sacramento Kings selected Fox with the fifth overall choice in the 2017 NBA Draft on June 22, 2017. He signed his rookie scale deal with the Kings on July 8, 2017.

Fox played 21.3 minutes per game while averaging 11.8 points, 3 assists, and 2.3 steals in four games at the 2017 NBA Summer League.

On October 18, 2017, Fox played for the Kings in his first NBA game against the Houston Rockets. He finished with 14 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists in over 24 minutes as the Kings lost 105-100.

In a 117-115 loss to the Phoenix Suns on October 23, 2017, Fox notched a career-high 19 points, 4 assists, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals.

On December 8, 2017, he defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 116-109 with 14 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals.

On January 6, 2018, Fox outscored the Denver Nuggets 106-98 while dishing out 7 assists. On January 25, 2018, Fox led the Sacramento Kings to an 89-88 victory over the Miami Heat with 14 points, 4 assists, and a putback slam dunk with 3.3 seconds left.

Fox had a season-high 26 points on January 28, 2018, in a 15-point loss to the San Antonio Spurs while shooting 6-6 from outside the arc.

Fox was chosen as Lonzo Ball’s substitute for the Rising Stars Challenge on February 14. With 31 points, 10 rebounds, and 15 assists on November 1, 2018, in a 146-115 victory over the Atlanta Hawks, Fox recorded his first triple-double of his professional career, helping the Kings to a 6-3 record.

Fox was the first player since LeBron James in 2005 to earn a 30-point triple-double before turning 21.

On July 31, 2020, in a 129-120 defeat to the San Antonio Spurs, Fox scored a then-career-high 39 points. After a 4-month break due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the Kings played their first game in the Orlando bubble.

Fox and the Kings agreed to an extension of his contract on November 25, 2020. Fox won all 4 games during the first week of February in 2021, averaging 31 points and nearly 9 assists while doing so. On February 8, 2021, Fox received his first career Western Conference Player of the Week award.

On March 26, 2021, Fox defeated the Golden State Warriors 141-119 with a career-high 44 points on 16-of-22 shooting from the field.

Fox tied his career high on March 5, 2022, scoring 44 points on 18 of 31 shots in a 114–113 loss to the Dallas Mavericks.

Fox beat out Jimmy Butler and DeMar DeRozan to win the NBA Clutch Player of the Year Award in its first year on April 19th, 2023.
