Jay Williams children-Former American basketball player, Jason David Williams, well known as Jay Williams was born on September 10, 1981 in Plainfield, New Jersey.

Williams was born and raised in Plainfield, New Jersey, and graduated in 1999 from St. Joseph High School in Metuchen. He was not just a great basketball player, but he also showed a keen interest in other pursuits, most notably chess.

In high school, he went under the name “Jay Dubs.” Williams also participated in junior varsity soccer during his first year of high school, and during his senior year, he won the volleyball state player of the year award.

Williams won the New Jersey Player of the Year award that year and was also named to the first team of USA Today’s All-Americans, Parade All-Americans, and McDonald’s All-Americans.
