A South African man has been lambasted online for proposing to his girlfriend at the funeral grounds of her father. Social media users have expressed shock at the video shared online.

In the video, it would be seen that friends and family were gathered by the coffin of the deceased man. The daughter of the deceased man who is the girlfriend of the man was seen crying uncontrollably, morning her father.
His boyfriend knelt down said a word of prayer and proposed to her with a rig. The lady accepted the proposal amidst shouts and claps from the gathered crowd. This has caused a stir on social media.
