Vanessa Perhach accused Marv Albert of sexually abusing her.

She was a 42-year-old woman in 1997.

After an altercation in Albert’s Pentagon City hotel room on February 12, 1997, Perhach accused Albert of pushing her into a bed, biting her, and forcing her to perform oral sex.

According to DNA tests, Albert was connected to genetic material collected from bite marks and semen in Perhach’s underpants.

During the trial, another lady, Patricia Masden, testified that Albert bit her on two separate occasions in 1993 and 1994 in Miami and Dallas hotels, which she interpreted as unwelcome sexual approaches.

Masden said that in Dallas, Albert summoned her to his hotel room to assist him with fax, only to find him dressed in “white panties and a garter belt.”

Albert insisted that Perhach had urged him to bite her and rejected her claim that he had asked her to bring another guy into their sexual affair.

He called her taped chat with police on the night of the event an “Academy Award performance.”

He pled guilty to minor assault and battery charges when testing revealed that the bite marks were his, and the sodomy allegation was withdrawn.

Albert was sentenced to a 12-month suspended prison term.
